How much do your wigs cost?
Every wig is priced differently based on the length of the hair, the color of the hair, and the density/customization. Contact us for a pricing estimate!
How long will it take for me to get my order?
If you order a product from one of our collections that is in stock, your order will be shipped on Friday of the following business week from your order.-If you’ve placed a custom order, processing time takes between 3-8 weeks after receiving a deposit of your order.
Do you ever donate or give wigs away?
Due to the nature of the scarcity of human hair, we tend to only give a wig away via Instagram per every 10K followers
What is density?
Density is another term for “hair thickness". We measure the density of the wig by how much hair is in the wig per square inch. 130% density is the lowest amount of thickness while 180% is the highest amount.
Can I shop in another currency?
All orders will be converted to the US dollar.
How can I take care of my wig?
We recommend washing your wig on occasion and doing a deep conditioning treatment. Since your wig does not produce oil as your scalp does, it will need more moisture. Overly washing your wig will cause the loss of hydration. Fill your sink with warm water and add some conditioner. Soak your wig for 30 minutes and allow it to air dry for best results!

Has COVID-19 affected my order?
Our number one priority for all of our clients is their safety and health. Due to COVID-19, shipment may be slower than usual, but we are doing our best to deliver to you in this time!
How do I know my wig will fit my head?
We offer a velcro elastic band that can be sewn into your wig as an add on service to ensure your wig fits your head perfectly. Pro Tip: this is also a great way to make your wig glueless!
What is a custom hairline?
We customize all of our wigs’ hairlines by plucking strands of hair to mimic the pattern of a natural looking hairline. We also add baby hairs for a more camouflaged look, and we bleach the knots on all of our wigs for the most realistic look.
What does “bleached knots” mean?
All of our wigs have hand tied hairs in the front hairline of the wig. To ensure each strand of hair looks as if it is growing from your scalp, we bleach the inside of the wig (where each strand has been knotted into the lace) for invisible and universal parting space.
